In short: We keep only what we need to repair your boards and bill for the work. Stripe handles your card. We never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Huno LLC ("Huno", "we") runs this website and the repair portal at huno.solutions. This policy tells you what we store and why.
2. What the portal stores
- Account details: business name, contact name, email, phone, and shop address. We store your password only as a secure hash. We cannot read it.
- Enquiry details: what you send us in the new business enquiry form.
- Ticket details: the equipment, serial number, your job reference, the fault, the delivery method, and the status history.
- Photos and files: the photos and files that you or we upload to a ticket.
- Messages: ticket messages and support chat messages.
- Quotes, invoices, and payment records: amounts, dates, and the Stripe reference for each payment.
- Security records: a short record of sign-in attempts, to stop password guessing.
3. Card payments
Stripe handles all card payments. You type your card details on Stripe's checkout page. Huno never sees or stores your card number. Stripe's use of your data follows the Stripe privacy policy.
4. Why we use your data
- To diagnose and repair your boards.
- To send quotes and invoices, and to take payment.
- To arrange shipping or local pickup.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep business and tax records.
5. Email notifications
The portal sends emails about your account, tickets, quotes, invoices, and payments. For example, it sends a link to set your password and a message when your repair is ready. We do not send marketing emails.
6. Who sees your data
- Huno staff see your data to do the work.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our web host, A2 Hosting, stores the website and the portal database.
- The shipping carrier sees the names and addresses on shipping labels.
- We share data when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
7. Cookies
The portal uses one cookie to keep you signed in. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies.
8. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. After an account closes, we keep business and tax records for 7 years. Then we delete them.
9. How we protect data
The site uses HTTPS. Uploaded photos and files are not public. Only you and Huno can open them through the portal. We back up the database every day.
10. Your choices
- You can see your account details on the Account page in the portal.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data. Email repairs@huno.solutions. We must keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.
11. Children
Huno serves businesses only. The portal is not for children.
12. Changes to this policy
We can change this policy. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page.
